OTB - Littorally the Worst I'm very glad to see these things be retired in favor of the new Frigates. Every single person on the comittee that designed those ships(and the executives of the Corp why got the maintenance contracts shoehorned in) should be flogged by the men and women who served on them.

I certainly hope things go smoother with the new frigates, hopefully the fact that they are based on an existing design will help.
